Important Accessibility Notice: Due to the architectural design of our residential building, this property is NOT suitable for wheelchair users or guests with severe mobility impairments. We provide the detailed information below to help you make an informed decision before booking.

1. Mobility & Access Limitations

Arrival & Entrance

• Terrain: The route from the parking/street to the main entrance involves uneven loose stones, uneven pavement and stairs.

• Steps to Enter: Access to the building entrance requires climbing/descending between 5 and 10 steps. There is no ramp available.

Floors & Vertical Access

• Unit Floor: The apartment is located on the Ground Floor.

• Elevator Status: [Choose one regarding the elevator]

  • No Elevator: Access to the unit is strictly via stairs (between 5 and 10 steps).

Interior Layout

• Door Widths: Interior doorways are standard residential width (approx. 70-75 cm), which may not accommodate mobility aids.

• Thresholds: There are raised thresholds (approx. 2-3 cm) between rooms and leading to the balcony/terrace.

• Bathroom: The bathroom is not adapted for accessibility. It features a standard bathtub / shower cabin with a step-up entry and lacks grab bars or maneuvering space for wheelchairs.
