By booking a stay at Limni Apartments, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to direct bookings and supplement those of third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO).

1. Reservations and Payment

• Direct Bookings: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. 100% of the reservation cost is collected at the time of booking.

• Third-Party Platforms: If you booked via Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo, their respective payment terms apply.

2. Legal Guest Registration (Greek Law)

In accordance with Greek Law (AADE), all guests are required to:

• Provide a valid Passport or ID Number upon or before arrival.

• Pay the Short-term Residence Tax (Climate Crisis Resilience Fee), which is:

• March to October €8.00 per day

• November to February €1.50 per day

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: From 15:00 on day of arrival

• Check-Out: By 11:00 on day of departure

• Late check-outs must be requested in advance and may incur a fee.

4. House Rules & Occupancy

• Maximum Occupancy: Only the number of guests specified in the booking may stay overnight.

• No Parties: Large gatherings and loud music are strictly prohibited to respect our neighbors.

• Quiet Hours: 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00 (as per Greek police regulations).

• Smoking: Prohibited inside the apartments.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Full Refund: If cancelled at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. (Transaction fees from Stripe may be non-refundable depending on their current terms).

• Partial Refund 50%: If cancelled between 14 and 29 days before the scheduled check-in date.

• No Show: If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, or in the event of a "No-Show."

6. Liability and Safety

• Insurance: As required by 2025 Greek legislation, Limni Apartments maintains civil liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for the loss of guest valuables or personal injuries resulting from guest negligence.

• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property beyond normal wear and tear. This will be charged to the credit card provided to pay for your stay.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., ferry strikes, extreme weather, or infrastructure failures).
