At Limni Apartments, we understand that travel plans can change. However, as a small boutique provider in Syros, cancellations significantly impact our operations. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling or modifying your reservation.
If you booked directly through our website, the following schedule applies based on the date of cancellation:
Full Refund: If cancelled at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. (Transaction fees from Stripe may be non-refundable depending on their current terms).
Partial Refund (50%): If cancelled between 14 and 29 days before the scheduled check-in date.
No Refund: If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, or in the event of a "No-Show."
If you booked your stay through Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo, the specific cancellation policy you selected at the time of booking on that platform will take precedence.
To request a refund or modification, you must process the request through the respective platform's dashboard.
We cannot manually override or refund payments made through third-party platform systems.
Date Changes: You may request to change your stay dates up to 21 days before arrival, subject to availability and any seasonal price differences.
Shortened Stays: If you choose to depart earlier than your scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for the remaining nights.
The Greek Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is only charged for nights actually stayed. If a booking is cancelled and no stay occurs, this fee will be fully refunded or not charged.
Standard VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in all refund calculations.
Limni Apartments is not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Ferry or flight delays, cancellations/strikes.
Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.
Governmental travel restrictions.
We do recommend our guests to purchase Travel Insurance to cover such eventualities should they occur.
To cancel a direct booking, please email us at lovelimni@gmail.com with your Booking Reference Number and full name. The cancellation date is recorded as the time the email is received in our inbox (Eastern European Time).
